Yes.

At an Engineering School in France, the programme is 5 years and you graduate with a Master’s degree (Titre d'Ingénieur). As someone who already has a B.Tech, BSc or B.Eng, you will be able to apply to the 4th year of an engineering degree at one of these schools.

You can also apply to the 1st year (M1) of a Master's degree in Engineering at one of the engineering schools (such as an Ecole Polytechnique, the IMT group or the INP network) or at a university in France.

Three types of degrees available at Master's level:
Titre d'Ingénieur (You will need to be fluent in English & French, in most cases)
MSc in [the field of engineering]
Master in [the field of engineering]

Keep in mind that applications are very tough because these schools can only take a limited number of students, so they will choose the best of the best.

For information about how to apply, see the article How to apply to study in France

The “Titre d’Ingenieur” allows you to work immediately after your degree as a professional engineer in France, Europe and the US, unlike in SA where you first need to attain your qualified status. This is because the Titre d'Ingénieur is accredited by the CTI - Commision des Titres d'Ingenieurs (the French engineering accreditation agency).
